General dry docking maintenance services included fresh water, fireline water, cooling water and shore power. Tank works carried out in lub oil tank and fuel oil drain tank included opening/closing manhole cover with new gasket, provision of lights and ventilation, tank cleaning and disposal of 2m³ of sludge in oil tank and 3.2m³ in fuel drain oil tank, completing with air pressure test. Forepeak water ballast tank bottom plug replacement included fabrication and installation of new plug and housing, completing with vacuum test and air test. Electric motor overhaul to forward swing up thruster motor bearing (motor overhauled in workshop, cleaned, varnished, and reinstalled. Seawater cooling line fabricated and reinstalled (approx. 40meters of copper nickel). Bow thruster overhauls included removing/refitting motor, overhauled in workshop, replaced with owner provided bearings, cleaning, varnished, baked and reinstalled. Hull treatment included HP wash to 5,110m², UHP Flow blast using Waterjet robots to 400m² and LP wash to 5,110m². (2)Touch up coats of Anti-corrosive coating to 1500m², (2) full coats of anti-fouling to 2,310m² and one full coat to 2,800m².
